If your attention is on compassion, lack, jealousy, gratitude, judgment, criticism, abundance, fear……..your actions produced will be tied to those strings. Awareness brings the unconscious to consciousness. Awareness helps you produce from your authentic map, not old conditioning. Plant Allies for Clarity

Thyme-Thymus vulgaris

Thyme’s botanical name comes from the Greek word thymos, which means strong. Fitting since she is our unrelenting heroine, bringing our body back to balance. Energetically, she helps expel what is "other", helping you remove veils and return to your most authentic self. Thyme is also highly valued as a digestive remedy. The compounds that give her that beautiful smell make our gastrointestinal tract do its job more efficiently. Thyme also is a fairly strong antimicrobial killing bacteria, viruses, fungi and parasitic worms. She has carminative and antispasmodic actions that can be helpful when we have gas or problems with spasms and tension in the digestive tract. Thyme also opens up our centers of communication and resonates with the throat chakra to help you speak and write with authentic purpose.

Mugwort -Artemisia vulgaris

Mugwort is a legendary spiritually rejuvenating herb that relaxes your mind and quiets the ego voice. It is beautiful before a meditation, as it resonates with the third-eye chakra—your center of clairvoyance. Mugwort is helpful for digestion, headaches and for brain clarity as well—especially if your brain fog is caused by something going on in your digestive system. The most common folklore around mugwort is that she brings clarity to your life through lucid dreaming. Known for bringing restful sleep, she helps you have deeper REM and stay there longer. Lastly, mugwort may also boost the liver’s ability to metabolize excess fats, of which an excess of fat in the liver can cause congestion and reduce energetic clarity.
